Think about the people you interact with; take a few moments to reflect on how they make you feel. Even though it may not always seem we have much control over who we’re with, we do. The power to step back from toxicity lies within you. The moment we’re honest with ourselves about our own feelings, the more candid we can be with others about how they make us feel and the part they will play in our lives in order to cultivate healthy relationships and release those that aren’t.change-for-love
