CHANGE AFFIRMATION – DAY 32 (of 120):
Our society convinces us to hold on to things, feelings, and relationships out of habit or out of fear of being without. Learning to let go (aka CHANGE) is about learning to trust; when we stop clinging, we realize we have everything and in that lies a peaceful freedom.
RIP, my beautiful sister Maya. Thank you for all you’ve done…
CHANGE AFFIRMATION – DAY 31 (of 120):

CHANGE AFFIRMATION – DAY 28 (of 120):
The first step is remembering that your life is made up of parts that belong to an interconnected whole. Changing one thing can CHANGE everything. Because of this, small changes often have a big effect.
CHANGE AFFIRMATION – DAY 27 (of 120):
There’s freedom in letting go. It’s liberating to free ourselves of “life” clutter—too many possessions, useless emotions, unhealthy habits, old beliefs, people that drain our energy. All of these can weigh us down and hold us back from a beautiful future!
CHANGE your life decor by “cleaning out your closets” … literally and figuratively.
CHANGE AFFIRMATION – DAY 26 (of 120):
If we don’t change what isn’t working in our lives, we will continually have the same day over and over again. Where’s the fun in that …?
